Steps:
- Remove the front panel and filters; visually inspect the blower wheel for heavy dust or foreign objects.
- Spin the blower by hand; if stiff or jammed, clean thoroughly and remove obstructions.

- Check fan motor hall sensor signals at the PCB.
- Replace the indoor fan motor if it remains locked or hall sensor is faulty.
- If the motor is good, replace the indoor PCB fan drive section.
