Display shows LO and unit may not start cooling; often occurs in very cold rooms.

Possible Causes
Room temperature below operating range, Faulty ambient thermistor reading too low, Sensor not positioned correctly
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Steps:
- 1. Check room temperature: Use a separate thermometer to confirm the room is within the operating range specified by Danby (often 17–35°C / 62–95°F). If too cold, allow the room to warm before using cooling mode.
- 2. Sensor inspection: If LO appears in a normal-temperature room, inspect the ambient thermistor as described for E1/F1 (check mounting, wiring, and resistance).
- 3. Avoid drafts: Ensure the sensor is not directly in the path of cold drafts from windows or doors, which can cause false low readings.
