Indoor unit is very noisy with vibration transmitted through the structure

Safety: Turn off power before adjusting mounting or panels.

• Level the unit: Use a level to check the Fraser‑Johnston air handler or furnace. Shim or adjust supports to level and reduce vibration.
• Tighten panels: Tighten all access panel screws and add foam tape where panels rattle.
• Add isolation: Install rubber isolation pads under the unit and use flexible duct connectors to reduce vibration transfer.
