How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Procedure:

  • Check ribbon cable: Ensure the flat cable between the keypad and display/control board is fully seated and not damaged.
  • Dry moisture: If condensation or water is present, dry thoroughly and allow several hours before reapplying power.
  • Replace keypad: If buttons are unresponsive or shorted, replace the keypad/user interface assembly.
  • Replace display board: If a new keypad does not resolve F4, replace the display/control board.
