• Inspect front panel: Remove and reseat the front grille, tightening all screws to prevent vibration.
• Fan inspection: Remove the cabinet and inspect the indoor blower wheel and outdoor fan blade. Tighten set screws on the motor shaft and ensure blades are not rubbing against shrouds.
• Remove debris: Clear any leaves, plastic, or foreign objects from the fan areas.
• Compressor mounts: Check rubber grommets under the compressor. If deteriorated, have a technician replace them to reduce vibration.
