Possible Causes

Tripped breaker, Damaged control board from surge, Compressor thermal overload, Low-voltage brownout condition

Safety first: Turn off breakers before inspecting equipment after a storm or outage.

Step 1 – Reset breakers: Turn the AC breaker fully OFF then ON. Check the outdoor disconnect as well.
Step 2 – Wait for delay: Many Heil systems have a 5-minute anti-short-cycle timer. Wait at least 10 minutes after power is restored.
