Possible Causes

Clogged internal drain pan, Failed internal drain pump, Stuck float switch, Kinked or blocked drain hose

Steps:

Check drain hose: Ensure proper downward slope and no kinks.
Clean drain pan: Open the access panel, remove sludge and algae from the pan.
Test pump (if accessible): Pour water into the pan and see if the pump activates and drains water. If not, the pump or float switch may be faulty.

If C3 persists: The drain pump assembly or float switch likely needs replacement.
