Indoor louver does not move or is stuck in one position

Safety first: Turn OFF the unit before manually moving louvers.

Steps:

• Check for obstruction: Gently move the louver by hand to feel for blockage. Remove any visible debris.
• Reset swing: Turn the unit ON and toggle the swing function on the remote to see if the motor responds.
• Inspect linkage: Open the front panel and check plastic gears and link arms for breakage.

If the motor does not respond and linkage is intact: The louver motor or PCB output may be faulty and require replacement.
