How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.
Steps:
- Disable child lock: Try the lock/unlock key combination as described in the manual.
- Power reset: Unplug for 5–10 minutes and plug back in.
- Inspect keypad connection: Remove the front bezel and check the ribbon cable from the keypad to the display/control board. Reseat the connector.
- Check for moisture: Look for signs of water or drink spills. Clean the area with isopropyl alcohol and allow to dry completely.
- Replace keypad or control panel: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the keypad membrane or entire control panel assembly.
