Display shows LO instead of a temperature; unit may not start cooling.

Steps:

• Verify room temperature: If the room is genuinely cold, the unit may not allow cooling mode. Try FAN mode instead.
• Check sensor placement: Ensure the ambient thermistor is not touching a cold metal surface or located in a direct cold draft from another appliance.
• Inspect and test sensor: If LO appears in a warm room, test and replace the ambient sensor as described for E1/F1.

Note: Persistent incorrect LO readings with a good sensor indicate a control board issue.
