Note: Many Keeprite A/C units are not designed to run below a certain outdoor temperature.

Step 1 – Check outdoor temperature: If it is below the minimum operating temperature listed in the manual, do not run the A/C.
Step 2 – Sensor check: If temperature is normal, inspect and test the outdoor ambient sensor as described for F5.
Step 3 – Configuration: Verify any low-ambient kit or control settings are correctly installed and configured by a technician.
