Kelvinator Condensation on Front Panel / Airflow Pattern Issue

Kelvinator split AC indoor unit drips water from the front panel during very humid operation.

Possible Causes

Louver directing cold air onto panel, very low set temperature, high indoor humidity, partially blocked filters causing uneven airflow

Steps:

Adjust louvers: Direct airflow horizontally or slightly upward instead of straight down to reduce condensation on the panel.
Increase set temperature: Raise the setpoint by 1–2°C to reduce coil temperature and condensation.
Clean filters: Ensure filters are clean to maintain even airflow across the coil.
Use DRY mode: In very humid conditions, use Dry mode to dehumidify more efficiently.
