Keystone air conditioner leaks water inside the room from the front panel or bottom.

Steps:

• Check installation tilt: For window units, ensure the unit is slightly tilted toward the outside so water flows outdoors, not indoors.
• Clean drain channel: Remove the front cover and locate the condensate trough under the evaporator. Use a small brush or pipe cleaner to clear slime and debris from the drain holes.
• Inspect drain pan: Look for cracks or rust holes in the plastic or metal pan. Seal small cracks with waterproof epoxy or replace the pan if severely damaged.
• Prevent icing: Clean the filter and ensure proper airflow to reduce coil icing that can cause overflow.
