How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before accessing the outdoor coil area.
- Step 1 – Access sensor: Remove the outdoor unit side panel. Locate the sensor clipped to the condenser coil tubing.
- Step 2 – Verify attachment: Ensure the sensor is firmly clipped and in good contact with the coil. Re-secure if loose.
- Step 3 – Inspect wiring: Check the sensor cable for cuts or abrasions. Reseat the connector on the outdoor PCB.
- Step 4 – Replace sensor: Install a new Klimaire T4 sensor if the error remains. If a new sensor does not fix it, the outdoor PCB may need replacement.
