Display shows E0 and unit may not respond to controls or may behave erratically.

Safety first: Unplug the unit before working on the control panel.

Steps to address E0:

• 1. Inspect buttons: Check if any buttons feel stuck or do not click normally. Gently work them to free any debris.
• 2. Dry moisture: If the panel was exposed to moisture, allow it to dry completely for 24 hours with the unit unplugged.
• 3. Remove front bezel: Access the control panel and inspect the ribbon cable or harness connecting it to the main board. Reseat the connector.
• 4. Clean contacts: If accessible, lightly clean the connector contacts with electronic contact cleaner and let dry.
• 5. Replace keypad board: If E0 persists and buttons do not respond correctly, replace the display/keypad board with a Koldfront-compatible part.
