How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.
- Step 1 – Try remote:
- If the remote still controls the unit, the issue is limited to the local keypad.
- Step 2 – Inspect keypad connection:
- Remove the front panel and check the keypad ribbon cable connection to the display PCB.
- Reseat the connector firmly.
- Step 3 – Replace keypad:
- If some or all buttons remain unresponsive, replace the Control Panel / Keypad Assembly.
