Possible Causes
Internal tank full, Blocked drain hose, Kinked drain line, Faulty water level sensor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off and unplug the unit before draining water.
- Step 1 – Drain water:
- Locate the lower drain outlet at the back or bottom of the Pro Breeze unit.
- Place a shallow pan under the outlet, remove the cap, and allow water to drain completely.
- Step 2 – Check continuous drain setup:
- If using a hose, ensure it slopes downward continuously to the drain point.
- Flush the hose to remove any blockage.
- Step 3 – Inspect water level sensor:
- Access the internal tank and float assembly.
- Ensure the float moves freely and the sensor wiring is intact.
After draining and reassembling, plug in and restart. If P1 returns immediately, the float switch or sensor circuit may need replacement.
