Swing louver does not move or is stuck in one position

Safety first: Turn off and unplug the unit before working near moving louvers.

• Step 1 – Remove obstruction:
  • Check for objects blocking the louvers.
• Step 2 – Listen for motor:
  • Turn swing ON and listen for motor noise; if you hear it but louvers don't move, the linkage may be broken.
• Step 3 – Inspect swing assembly:
  • Remove the front grille to access the Swing Louver Motor and linkage.
  • Reconnect any loose link arms or replace broken parts.
• Step 4 – Replace motor:
  • If the motor is silent and not receiving power, replace the swing motor.
