Unit vibrates excessively and moves on the floor (portable models)

Safety first: Turn off and unplug the unit before inspection.

• Step 1 – Check floor and casters:
  • Ensure the unit is on a flat, solid surface.
  • Inspect casters for damage; replace broken Caster Wheels.
• Step 2 – Inspect blower wheel:
  • Remove front cover and access the indoor blower.
  • Remove any debris and check for cracks or missing pieces.
• Step 3 – Tighten mounts:
  • Tighten screws on fan housings and internal brackets.
