Possible Causes
Tripped circuit breaker, Blown internal fuse on main PCB, Faulty power cord, Failed main control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Before opening the unit, unplug it. Do not bypass fuses with wire or foil.
- Step 1 – Check outlet and breaker:
- Test the outlet with another appliance.
- Reset any tripped breakers or replace blown fuses in the home panel.
- Step 2 – Inspect power cord:
- Look for cuts, burns, or kinks in the Pro Breeze power cord and plug.
- If damaged, replace the Power Cord Assembly.
- Step 3 – Check internal fuse:
- Remove the service panel and locate the fuse on the main PCB.
- Test with a multimeter; replace only with the same type and rating if blown.
- Step 4 – Main PCB:
- If the fuse is good and power is present at the board but no lights or response, the Main Control PCB may be defective and require replacement.
