• Clean indoor coil: With the front panel and filters removed, gently vacuum the evaporator coil fins. Use a no-rinse coil cleaner approved for aluminum fins if heavily soiled.
• Clean outdoor coil: Remove debris from around the Rheem condenser. Rinse the coil from inside out with a garden hose, avoiding high pressure.
• Check airflow: Ensure all supply registers and return grilles are open and not blocked by furniture or rugs.
• Professional check: If performance is still poor, have a technician check refrigerant charge, duct leakage, and system sizing.
