Possible Causes
Low or fluctuating indoor supply voltage, Loose indoor power terminal connections, Faulty indoor power supply circuit on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the breaker before opening the indoor unit’s electrical compartment.
- Check power source: Ensure the AC is on a dedicated circuit and that other heavy loads are not causing voltage drops.
- Inspect terminals: Tighten L and N terminals at the indoor unit and check for discoloration or heat damage.
- Measure voltage: Have a qualified person measure voltage at the indoor unit during operation. If it drops below spec, consult an electrician.
- PCB power supply: If supply is stable but P1 persists, the indoor PCB’s power supply section may be faulty and require replacement.
