Step 2 – Inspect blower: Open the panel and look for foreign objects in the blower wheel. Remove carefully.
Step 3 – Secure piping: Check that refrigerant pipes are not touching the plastic casing. Use foam or clips to separate and secure them.
Step 4 – Motor/bearing check: If noise persists and sounds like grinding or squealing, the indoor fan motor or blower bearings may need replacement.
