Tempstar air conditioner outdoor unit vibrates excessively

Safety first: Turn OFF power at the disconnect before touching the unit.

Steps:

• 1. Check level: Place a level on top of the Tempstar condenser. If significantly out of level, adjust the pad or use shims under the base (small adjustments only).
• 2. Tighten screws: Ensure top panel and side panels are securely fastened.
• 3. Inspect fan blade: Look for bent blades causing imbalance.
• 4. If vibration persists: Compressor mounts or internal components may be at fault; have a technician evaluate.
