Indoor unit makes clicking or popping noises during operation

Possible Causes

Normal expansion and contraction of plastic parts, Loose mounting screws, Misaligned front panel

Note: Some clicking noises are normal as materials expand and contract.

Tighten screws: With power off, gently tighten accessible screws on the front panel and mounting bracket.
Check panel fit: Ensure the front cover is properly seated and all clips are engaged.
Isolate vibrations: Add foam or rubber pads between the unit and wall bracket if vibration is transmitted.
