Possible Causes
Louver stuck in closed position, Indoor fan motor failure, Fan relay or triac failure on indoor PCB, Incorrect mode or fan setting
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before opening the indoor unit.
- Check mode and fan setting: Ensure the unit is not in DRY mode with very low fan speed. Set fan to HIGH and mode to COOL or HEAT.
- Inspect louvers: Confirm that the louvers open when the unit starts. If not, see the louver motor fault procedure.
- Fan motor check: If louvers open but no air is felt, inspect the fan motor and its connector. Replace the indoor fan motor if non‑functional.
- PCB output: If the motor is good but not receiving power, the indoor PCB may be faulty and should be replaced by a technician.
