Indoor unit louver does not move or is stuck in one position

Safety: Turn off power before manually moving louvers.

• Remove obstruction: Inspect for and remove any objects caught in the louvers.
• Check linkage: Remove the front cover and inspect the plastic arms and gears; replace any broken parts.
• Test motor: With power restored briefly, activate swing mode and observe if the motor attempts to move. If not, replace the louver motor.
