Possible Causes

Failed indoor fan motor, Faulty fan capacitor (on AC motors), Stuck blower wheel, Faulty indoor PCB fan relay or driver

Safety: Turn off power before working on the indoor unit.

Check for obstructions: Ensure nothing is blocking the blower wheel.
Test fan in fan-only mode: If the fan does not run in fan-only, suspect the motor or capacitor.
Replace capacitor: On non-inverter models with a separate capacitor, replace it with the same µF rating if swollen or tested bad.
Replace motor: If the motor hums but does not turn, or is completely dead, replace the indoor fan motor.
