• Inspect plug and socket: Wiggle the plug gently in the outlet (with power off) to check for looseness. Try a different outlet.
• Internal connections: Open the housing and inspect all mains and low-voltage connectors for looseness or signs of arcing. Reseat and secure them.
• Thermal cut-out: Locate the thermal cut-out on the heater housing. If it is a self-resetting type, frequent tripping indicates overheating; clean vents and check fan operation. If it is a one-shot type and open, replace it.
• Board fault: If power loss persists despite good connections and cooling, the main control board may have an intermittent fault and should be replaced.
