Air fryer basket is difficult to insert or remove; drawer jams or misaligns.

Safety first: Allow the unit to cool before forcing the basket.

• Step 1 – Remove basket: Gently work the basket out without forcing. Inspect the sides and bottom for deformation.
• Step 2 – Clean rails: Use a brush and damp cloth to clean the internal rail tracks and remove any burnt food or grease buildup.
• Step 3 – Inspect rails and latch: Look for bent metal or plastic guides and a damaged latch hook. Slight bends can sometimes be carefully straightened.
• Step 4 – Check basket shape: Place the basket on a flat surface to see if it rocks. A warped basket should be replaced.
• Step 5 – Replace components: Replace the basket/drawer assembly if warped or if the latch is broken. If internal rails are cracked or severely bent, the inner chassis may need replacement, which is often not economical.
