Condensation or water droplets appear inside the display or control panel window.

Safety first: Unplug the unit and do not operate it with visible moisture inside the control panel.

• Step 1 – Dry the unit: Place the fryer in a warm, dry area for 24–48 hours to allow moisture to evaporate.
• Step 2 – Inspect panel seal: Check the perimeter of the control panel for gaps or damaged seals. Replace the panel gasket if present.
• Step 3 – Avoid wet cleaning: Clean the panel only with a slightly damp cloth; never spray cleaner directly onto it.
• Step 4 – Replace panel if needed: If condensation repeatedly forms or the panel lens is cracked, replace the touch control panel assembly.
