Buttons or touch controls are intermittently unresponsive or trigger the wrong function.

Steps to improve UI response:

• Clean panel: Wipe the control surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly.
• Avoid wet hands: Use the controls with dry fingers only.
• Power reset: Unplug for 10 minutes to reset the touch controller.
• Inspect inside: If issues persist, remove the control cover and check for moisture or corrosion on the touch control PCB. Clean with isopropyl alcohol and allow to dry.
• Reseat ribbon cable: Ensure the ribbon between the touch PCB and main PCB is fully inserted and locked.
• Replace touch PCB: If mis-triggering continues, replace the touch control board.
