Uneven Airflow / Temperature Distribution
Food cooks unevenly; some areas are burnt while others are undercooked.

Possible Causes
Fan not running at full speed, Blocked air vents, Warped or incorrectly seated basket, Faulty temperature sensor placement
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Steps to improve cooking uniformity:
- Shake or turn food: For chips, nuggets, and similar items, shake the basket halfway through cooking to redistribute.
- Do not overcrowd: Leave space between items so hot air can circulate.
- Check basket fit: Ensure the basket sits flat in the drawer and the drawer closes fully.
- Clean vents and fan guard: Remove grease and debris from the top grill and side vents to restore airflow.
- Check fan speed: If airflow seems weak or fan noise is reduced, inspect the fan motor and blade for faults (see fan entries).
- Verify sensor position: Ensure the NTC temperature sensor is correctly attached to the heater housing so the control board can regulate temperature accurately.
