Possible Causes

Failed convection fan motor, Obstructed or jammed fan blade, Loose fan motor connector, Burned fan driver on control PCB

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool. Do not operate the unit without a working fan; this can cause overheating and uneven cooking.

Mechanical check:

  • Look up into the cooking cavity and visually inspect the fan blade for broken or missing blades and food obstructions.
  • Access the fan from the top or rear and try spinning it by hand. It should move freely; if it is stiff or seized, the motor is likely bad.

Electrical check:

  • Inspect the fan motor wiring harness and connector at the control PCB. Reseat the connector.
  • If you have a multimeter and are comfortable with live testing, check for voltage at the fan motor when the unit is running. No voltage with a good motor points to a control board issue.

Replace a seized or open‑circuit convection fan motor assembly. If the motor is good but never receives power, replace the main control PCB.
