How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before accessing controls.
- Check door and basket: Ensure the door is fully closed and the basket or tray is properly seated. Many Breville air fryers will not start if the basket is not latched.
- Test start button: Press the Start button firmly. If it feels mushy or unresponsive, the control panel may be faulty and require replacement.
