Safety first: Unplug the unit before accessing the control panel.

• Clean panel surface: Wipe the touch control panel with a soft, dry cloth to remove grease or moisture that may interfere with touch sensing.
• Power reset: Unplug for 10 minutes, then reconnect and test.
• Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the front/top trim and reseat the ribbon cable between the control panel and main board.
• Check for liquid ingress: Look for signs of spills behind the panel. If the PCB is corroded or stained, replace the control panel assembly.
• Test mechanical buttons: For models with physical buttons, ensure each button clicks and returns properly. Replace the panel if buttons are stuck or broken.
