Buttons on the control panel do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety first: Unplug before removing the control panel.

• Clean and dry: Wipe the panel surface and allow it to dry completely if recently cleaned with liquid.
• Test multiple keys: Note which keys fail; if an entire row or column is dead, suspect ribbon cable or PCB.
• Reseat ribbon cable: Open the control housing and reseat the flat cable between the keypad and control board.
• Replace keypad: If specific keys are permanently unresponsive, replace the touch control panel/keypad assembly.
