Safety first: Unplug before opening the housing.

• Confirm heating: Verify that the heater and fan operate normally; this isolates the issue to the display.
• Inspect display wiring: Access the front panel and check the wires or small PCB that drive the LEDs or simple display. Reseat connectors.
• Check for damage: Look for burnt components on the indicator PCB. Replace the indicator/display board if damaged.
• Acceptable operation: If the unit functions safely otherwise, you may choose to operate without the display, but replacing the indicator board restores full usability.
