Possible Causes
Loose display board connector, Faulty display PCB, Interference or static discharge affecting logic, Damaged main control PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before opening the control housing.
- Reset: Unplug for 10–15 minutes, then plug back in and test. If F2 returns, inspect internally.
- Check connectors: Open the control panel and reseat all connectors between the display board and main control PCB.
- Inspect for corrosion: Look for moisture or corrosion on the display board. If present, clean gently with isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush, then allow to dry completely.
- Board replacement: If the error persists, replace the display PCB first. If that does not resolve it, replace the main control PCB.
