• Reduce load: Cook in smaller batches and avoid stacking food. Leave space between items for air circulation.
• Shake or flip: Halfway through cooking, remove the basket and shake or flip food for more even exposure.
• Clean basket holes: Ensure the perforations in the basket and tray are not clogged with grease or crumbs. Clean thoroughly.
• Check fan performance: Listen for strong, consistent airflow. If weak, inspect and service the fan motor and blades.
• Basket fit: Make sure the basket slides in fully and sits level. Replace a warped basket that does not seat properly.
