Safety first: Always allow the unit to cool before touching metal surfaces or moving it.

• Step 1 – Improve clearance: Ensure at least 5 inches (12 cm) of space around all sides and top. Do not place against a wall or under cabinets.
• Step 2 – Check vents: Inspect rear and bottom vents for dust or grease buildup. Clean with a soft brush or vacuum.
• Step 3 – Verify fan operation: Confirm that the internal fan runs throughout the cook cycle. If not, replace the convection fan motor.
• Step 4 – Internal inspection (advanced): Remove the cover and check that internal heat shields and reflective panels are in place and not bent away from their mounting points.
• Step 5 – Discontinue use if plastic warps: If you see warping, discoloration, or softening of the outer plastic shell, stop using the unit and contact Cosori or a technician.
