• Step 1 – Reduce liquids: Air fryers are not designed for large volumes of liquid. Avoid cooking soups or stews; use minimal marinades.
• Step 2 – Check for cracks: Remove and inspect the basket and drawer for hairline cracks, especially at corners. Replace the basket/drawer assembly if cracked.
• Step 3 – Verify crisper plate fit: Ensure the crisper plate is properly seated so that drippings collect in the drawer and do not overflow.
• Step 4 – Inspect seals: Some Cosori models use silicone bumpers or seals. Replace any missing or damaged seals.
• Step 5 – Clean thoroughly: Clean the drawer, basket, and housing to remove residual grease that can continue to drip.
