Air fryer will not power on at all; display is blank and no lights or sounds.

Safety first: Unplug the unit before any disassembly. Do not work on a live appliance.

• Step 1 – Check outlet and breaker: Test the outlet with another appliance. Reset any tripped breakers or GFCI outlets.
• Step 2 – Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, frays, or burn marks. If damaged, replace the power cord set; do not tape or splice.
• Step 3 – Access internal fuse: Remove the rear or bottom cover to locate the internal line fuse (often near the AC input). Test with a multimeter for continuity. If blown, investigate for shorts before replacing.
• Step 4 – Check AC connections: Ensure line and neutral wires are firmly attached to the terminal block and main control PCB.
• Step 5 – Replace main control PCB: If the fuse is good and AC is present at the board but there is no low-voltage output (no display), the main control PCB power supply is likely failed. Replace the main control PCB.
• Repeated fuse blows: If a new fuse blows immediately, there is a shorted component (heater, fan, or board). Do not keep replacing fuses; locate and repair the root cause.
