Air fryer fan runs but there is very little or no airflow from the exhaust; food cooks unevenly.

Safety first: Unplug and let the unit cool before accessing the fan area.

• Clean fan guard: Remove the basket and look up at the fan guard. Clean off grease and debris with a non-abrasive sponge and mild detergent. Do not bend the guard.
• Inspect fan blades: Through the guard, check for broken or heavily greased blades. If accessible, remove the upper cover and clean or replace the fan blade assembly.
• Check fan mounting: Ensure the fan is firmly attached to the motor shaft and not slipping. Tighten the retaining nut or clip if loose.
• Clear exhaust path: Clean the rear exhaust vents and any internal ducting you can safely access.
