• Clean rails and guides: Remove the basket and clean the side rails and bottom guides of the drawer and housing.
• Inspect for warping: Check the basket and drawer for heat warping or deformation. Replace if significantly distorted.
• Check latch: Ensure the front latch and handle assembly are not cracked or misaligned.
• Do not force: Forcing a jammed drawer can damage the basket detection switch and frame. Correct alignment or replace damaged parts instead.
