How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the air fryer before removing the control panel.
- Clean the panel: Wipe the touch surface with a slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the panel.
- Check for stuck keys: If the model uses physical buttons, ensure none are jammed or stuck in the pressed position.
- Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the control panel cover and locate the ribbon cable between the touch board and main PCB. Reseat both ends carefully.
- Look for cracks or corrosion: Examine the touch PCB for visible cracks or signs of moisture. If damaged, replace the touch control board.
- Test after reassembly: Reassemble and plug in. If E11 persists, the touch panel assembly or main control PCB may need replacement.
