Possible Causes

Normal steam release during high-moisture cooking, Blocked steam vents, Cold ambient temperature causing condensation on cooler surfaces

Safety first: Avoid touching hot steam vents during operation.

Step 1 – Check vents: Ensure top and side vents are not blocked so steam can escape properly.
Step 2 – Wipe condensation: After cooking, wipe away moisture from the control panel and door to prevent seepage into electronics.
Step 3 – Environment: Use the air fryer in a well-ventilated area at room temperature to reduce condensation.
