Display lights up but buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety first: Unplug the air fryer before removing the control panel.

Steps:

• 1. Clean surface: Wipe the control panel with a slightly damp cloth to remove grease. Do not allow liquid to run into the edges.
• 2. Inspect for cracks: Look for visible damage to the panel. Cracks can allow moisture in and break traces.
• 3. Access keypad connections: Remove the screws holding the control panel and gently pull it forward. Reseat the ribbon cable between the keypad and main PCB.
• 4. Dry out moisture: If there are signs of condensation or spills, allow the panel and connectors to dry completely before reassembly.
• 5. Replace panel: If specific buttons never work despite clean, dry connections, replace the touch control panel assembly.
