Dash air fryer leaks liquid or grease from the bottom onto the countertop.

Safety first: Unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool before handling hot grease. Avoid touching spilled hot oil.

Step 1 – Identify leak source

• Remove the basket and pan and inspect for cracks, warping, or dents.
• Fill the pan with a small amount of water and set it on a paper towel to see if it leaks.

Step 2 – Check assembly

• Ensure the basket is properly seated in the pan; misalignment can allow liquids to escape over the edge.
• Do not exceed the maximum fill line for food or oil.

Step 3 – Replace damaged components

• If the pan or basket is cracked, warped, or the nonstick coating is flaking, replace the Dash basket and pan set for your model.
• Do not attempt to seal cracks with glue or sealant; these are not food-safe at cooking temperatures.
