How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Do not repeatedly reset the breaker. Unplug the air fryer before any inspection.

Steps:

Check cord and plug: Inspect for cuts, melted areas, or burn marks. Replace the cord if damaged.
Try another circuit: Plug into a different outlet on a separate circuit to rule out an overloaded circuit (do not use extension cords).
Internal inspection: Remove the housing and look for burnt wires, melted insulation, or signs of arcing, especially near the heater and fan.
Test heater: Disconnect the heater leads and measure resistance to chassis ground. Any continuity to ground indicates a shorted element that must be replaced.
Control board: Inspect the main PCB for burnt components or blackened areas. Replace the board if a short is evident.

Warning: If you are not trained to work with mains voltage, contact a qualified technician. Short circuits can be dangerous.
